Building Inclusive Policies

This guide is designed to provide Non-Profit Administrators and other executive level staff members with the knowledge and skills needed to develop LGBTQ+ inclusive policies and procedures. Participants will learn about the importance of creating an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals, understand the key components of LGBTQ+ inclusive policies, and learn practical strategies for implementing these policies within their organizations. By the end of this course, participants will be able to confidently develop and implement LGBTQ+ inclusive policies and procedures in their non-profit organizations.
